This swap makes your shopping list that much easier to handle. Add in a package of premade cheese tortellini, and your dinner just got easy as well as elegant (and delicious). Enjoy this warm and cheesy pasta recipe!
From the Chef: Some days you eat curled up on the sofa watching television. Other days you set the table properly and light candles. This meal works for both scenarios. It can be dressed up or dressed down and will be your new go-to no matter the occasion. I like to use walnuts in my pesto instead of the traditional pine nuts because they are easier to find and offer a nuttier, heartier flavor.
