These Pumpkin Coffee Cake Muffins look delicious. I would not necessarily care if they are healthy, but since she has provided a healthy recipe, I will give it a shot. Do you know what the substitutions are if you want to use sugar and regular flour? I would guess they are the same amounts, but I suppose I will have to give it a try to find out.
