If you love glazed munchkins, then this recipe is definitely for you! Basically, these look like a muffin but taste exactly like a glazed donut- makes you think it's a bit healthier, right?! Well, actually it is because these are baked, not fried. For me, I'd like to add a little extra flavor to these like some fresh blueberries, a chocolate filling, or some pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, and cinnamon since those are some of favorite donut combos!
