As far as easy pot pie recipes go, this Stupidly Easy Pizza Pot Pie is a no brainer. Not only is this pizza pot pie super simple, it's also full of delicious Italian flavor. This is a great way to eat pizza in a form you may never have thought to try. Made with ground beef, pepperoni, Mozzarella cheese, marinara, bell pepper, and onion, these ingredients are placed together in a baking dish, topped with biscuits, and baked until melty and golden. This is a great recipe to make for the kids, although your hubby is sure to enjoy it just as much!

Stupidly Easy Pizza Pot Pie, now why didn't I think of that. This recipe really is stupidly easy, and tastes like pizza. I love innovative recipes that make it possible for me to "jazz" up dinner and surprise the family with something a little out of the ordinary. Give this recipe a try. you will be gad you did.

I made this for dinner last night and it was a BIG hit. It was so easy to make! Everyone who likes pizza should give this a try!

I don't buy biscuits. I always make homemade. You could make homemade biscuits and bake the pot pie at 425 degrees Fahrnheit instead to make sure the biscuits get cooked thoroughly. After ten or fifteen minutes check and turn down to 350 for the time remaining if it doesn't seem like everything is hot enough.
