Another thing we love about this recipe is that it's made with Bisquick. That means that it comes together in no time at all, and it's absolutely delicious. The topping is light, fluffy, and perfectly crisp. This pear cobbler recipe is basically autumn in a bowl, and we might just have to sneak off for a second helping.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup original Bisquick mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 6 pears, peeled, cored, and diced

Pear Cobbler Recipe

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. In a large bowl, combine Bisquick mix, milk and cinnamon.

  3. Stir in butter.

  4. In a pie plate, stir together sugar and pears.

  5. Spoon batter on top of pears and bake for 60 minutes, or until golden.

  6. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
