The Kyocera Professional Chef's Knife is the perfect knife for a home cook to use day after day. Both the light weight and sharp blade make it an easy knife for just about anyone to control. The sleek look of the knife makes it even more appealing.

 

The ceramic blade makes cutting anything, no matter how tough a surface, easy as can be. The fact that it is made from ceramic and not steel, makes it less likely to dull; plus you won't ever transfer nasty metal particles onto your food. It really bugs me when I can't just put a knife in the dishwasher, but this Kyocera Chef's Knife can go straight in the dishwasher for an easy clean-up.

 

My favorite part of the knife is the light weight of it. I have small hands that make it hard to control bigger and heavier knives, but I found this one very comfortable to use. I could chop larger items and still feel like I had complete control of the knife. This made it great to use and also safer to use than other chef knives.

 

This is a great knife for a number of different people to own, whether you are just getting into cooking or you are a professional chef. The quality of this chef's knife also makes it a fabulous gift to give during the holidays, at a wedding shower, or at a housewarming party.
