Farberware Roasting Pan with Rack

Making a perfect roast is simple when you use the Farberware Roasting Pan with Rack. The 11-Inch by 15-Inch Roaster has a flat rack that sits in the pan to keep meat elevated. The heavy gauge carbon steel construction means this pan can withstand high heat without damage.

This Farberware pan has a durable build just like their other cookware items. It is oven safe up to 450 degrees F so you can char food or roast it low and slow. The strong material is completely nonstick so clean up is a breeze no matter what you are cooking.

The size and shape make this pan perfect for making beef tenderloin, pork roasts, and leg of lamb. You can even make a medium-sized turkey in it! Instead of wide handles like some roasters have, these ones fold to the sides of the pan. I love that the handles don't take up any space because you are sure to need all the extra room in the oven when making holiday food or a dinner party roast.

The rack that comes with the pan sits about an inch high. I like layering vegetables under it and having the fat from the meat flavor them. This not only makes your life easier, but makes the food even tastier!

This is another great pan from Farberware. You can rely on it for making all of your favorite party foods perfectly. When the holidays come around, you will be thankful to have a smart pan like this.
