Emile Henry Butter Dish Review

Emile Henry Butter Dish Review

Reviewed by , Editor,

The Emile Henry Butter Dish is made using Emile Henry's signature High Resistance Ceramic and will actually keep your butter fresh for longer. The holder is large enough to hold multiple sticks or odd-sized blocks of butter. The beautifully designed dish is also great for serving butter at the dinner table.

The butter dish comes in a five wonderful colors to match any decor. It has a simple, but elegant design with the Emile Henry emblem on two sides. It is made with Emile Henry's signature High Resistance Ceramic. The material won't chip easily, and actually keeps the butter cool outside of the fridge.

I love that the butter dish comes with a couple of interesting recipes featuring butter, a herb butter and prawn butter. While you wouldn't necessarily associate recipes with a butter dish, the inclusion of these inspires you to get creative with your cooking and serving.

Not only does this dish hold you butter, it also keeps it fresh for longer. By limiting exposure to light and air, the butter will . The interior of the dish has ridges that elevate the butter. This allows you to easily cut the butter without it moving around. I love that the dish incorporates design elements that not only look nice, but also make using butter easier.
