Strainers and colanders have been taking up way too much cabinet space for way too long. This Comfify Collapsible Kitchen Colander Set can replace all your bulky colanders. The set includes two silicone colanders; one is 8" and the other is 9.5" in diameter.
The set includes two different sized colanders in order to fit all of your pots and pans. Their sizes also work best for different foods. The small colander is great for straining out a can of beans or handling a small amount of vegetables. The large one I find perfect for handling pasta; I was able to fit two whole boxes of cooked pasta in it! I also like using it to rinse large veggies like lettuce or broccoli.
The space you save with these colanders is incredible. Not only is the silicone material heat resistant up to 600 degrees F, but it is also what allows these colanders to collapse. With the colanders collapsed, they are less than 2 inches high! You can store them up right or on their side; you can even hang them by the handle.
Silicone not only allows these strainers to collapse and stay heat resistant, but it also means you can put them right in the dishwasher. Heat also doesn't transfer with silicone so they are safe to handle right after using unlike some metal colanders. This set can replace every colander or strainer you have ever owned!
