Ingredients

  • 1 pound Byron's Fully Cooked Pork BBQ
  • 1 can jalapenos
  • 1 can green chiles
  • 2 cans refried beans
  • 1 bag shredded Mexican cheese
  • 1 bag tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Thaw Byron's Fully Cooked Pork BBQ (ideally overnight in fridge).

  2. Mix pork, beans, chiles and desired jalapenos in small bowl.

  3. Microwave for 3 minutes, stir, mix in cheese (holding back a bit for topping) and microwave for another 90 seconds.

  4. Remove from microwave, stir, top with remaining cheese, garnish with a lime slice and serve with tortilla chips.
