Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, finely chopped (with or without seeds)
- 1 pickled or fresh jalapeno pepper, deseeded and finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1/2 lime, juiced
Instructions

Half the avocados and remove their seeds/pit. Scrape the flesh of avocado half vertically and diagonally and scoop the flesh out with a spoon.

In a bowl mix all the ingredients together and season well with salt and pepper.

Transfer the guacamole to serving bowl, sprinkle with cilantro for garnish on top and serve with tortilla chips.
