I am definitely going to try this recipe! The only thing I am questioning is cold bacon but I guess I use it in my caesar salad all the time!

I mix cream cheese with spicy red sauce for shrimp, tiny chopped shrimp, chopped red onion. I mix it up and refrigerate till folks show up. A Canadian friend turned me on to this .

This looks astounding. I could probably eat the whole bowl myself!

My favorite is a real simple dip. Made with cream cheese, sour cream, soft cheest (your choice) garlic powder and pepper. Great when you are in a hurry. Everyone seems to love it!

Being from the south it is usually cheese dip and ranch dip at all holiday gatherings.

No dip usually on my table--that would mean there were dipsticks around it! This does sound good.

I like to make my own hummus because it is healthier than other dips and very versatile. I add olive oil, garlic, peppers and other ingredients.

Hmmmmm...I've never tried beer cheese dip before but this sounds really interesting and quite honestly all you have to do is mention cheese and I'm in. lol Not being a beer drinker I have no clue where to start...does anyone have any suggestions? I wonder if you can use wine in this recipe...that could be yummy too!

I love beer cheese and have bought lots of the store made stuff. I'm interested in trying to make my own and this looks like a really simple and yummy recipe. The bacon and onion just adds all the right notes and I'm looking forward to trying this with some different beers. There are so many good craft beers available right now that I barely know where to start. This is going right to the top of my must-try recipe list!

Well it looks like I'm going to add another dip to my Super Bowl party. I'm intrigued by the combination of beer and hot sauce in this one, and the serving suggestion of dipping pretzels in it, in my mind makes it the perfect pairing with the other food and beverages that I will be serving. I also like that it is made the day before and refrigerated overnight, saves some prep time on the day of the party.

Yum! I can't wait to try this recipe

would never have thought of this thanks
