This looks like a great dish- very simple and made with ingredients that everyone loves! This could easily be turned into a main dish if cooked in a casserole dish with more chicken. I also recommend in some sauted peppers and onions or whatever other veggies you would like in this awesome dip!

I have a rotisserie oven, and every weekend I cook up 2 birds in it. One to eat that day with some mashed potatoes, and the other to make quick and easy dishes like this during the next week. I like to add even more veggies to mine, like green onions and olives.

I love chicken enchiladas and I love taco dip. This looks very easy, so I'll be making it for football Sunday. I've found that it's very easy to cook chicken breasts in the slow cooker, then when they are shredded up, they can be used many ways. I'll make this dip and serve it with guacamole.

Without a good dip, no chip is complete. Be it cheese dip, bean dip, artichoke dip, spinach dip or cucumber dip, these dip recipes will make you want to double dip. Just add crackers and you have a party. For extra spice, try the buffalo wing dip.
