  • 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Original Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 10 ounces can crushed tomatoes
  • 11 ounces can of corn
  • 3/4 cup shredded Mexican cheese

Fiesta Ranch Dip Recipe


  1. Mix all ingredients in a medium-size bowl.

  2. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour.

  3. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips. Enjoy!

This was so good just as it was! I agree that some black olivers would be interesting to add, but I thought this was pretty spot on as-is.

This was yummy! I know some versions of this dip include black olives, and I think those would be good in here too.

This was delicious, although I think next time, I'll eat it a little warmer and maybe with a little more spice.
