"One of the most well-liked Korean street dishes in Korea is tteokbokki. The ingredients in today's dish are gochujang, Korean soup stock, Korean fish cakes, and Korean rice cakes (Korean chili paste). Ingredients of  TTEOKBOKKI MAIN Korean fish cakes weighing 150g (5.3 ounces) and 350g (12 ounces) each were washed in hot water and cut into bite-sized pieces. Use this recipe plus 2 cups of Korean soup stock (dry kelp and dried anchovy stock). TTEOKBOKKI SAUCE 3 tablespoons of Korean chili paste 125/250 g of raw sugar Tbsp. of soy sauce minced garlic, 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon Korean chili flakes GARNISH Roasted sesame seeds, 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1 finely chopped stalk of green onion (one cup is equal to 250 milliliters)."
