Sweet Lemon Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1/8 teaspoon cream of tarar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 1/2 cups flour
Instructions
- Cream sugar and butter.
- Add other ingredients and mix; chill.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Roll out dough very thin, cut into round cookies shapes and bake for 6 minutes or until firm.
