These are like chocolate peppermint kit kats! They are so easy with only three ingredients and would make such a nice gift! I know this recipe is advertised as a Christmas cookie but I think these could make a nice gift year round. Perhaps, for Easter, try some colored white chocolate like pastel pink, green, yellow, etc. You could change the color of the chocolate and the flavor for any season or holiday!

I love having a few good no-bake cookie recipes handy, especially this time of the year when I am trying to make several different kinds of treats for cookie exchanges and to make up cookie trays! Everyone loves chocolate and peppermint, especially at Christmas, and these easy yummy cookies don't disappoint!
