If "snowball" doesn't say Christmas cookie, then I don't know what does. These Coconut Snow Balls are awesome little Christmas cookies that are easy to make. They're halfway dipped in chocolate, so there's a nice balance between the chocolate and the coconut. These no bake cookies are easy to make because they don't have to be perfect. Dip the balls using your hands and let the chocolate fall where it may. Add this Christmas cookie recipe to your holiday baking list this year.

How cute and fun and easy are these no bake Coconut Snow Balls. They are like a cross between a macaroon and a candy bar. These will definitely be a part of my cookie exchange this year, for the coconut lovers in my family and friends. I may add some colored sprinkles for a little festive touch.

I have made this recipe, but put it into a 9" x 13" buttered pan, for a quick and easy candy. I never though of making bite size balls. The balls will take more time, but sounds like a great idea. I bet the Grand kids would love the Coconut Snow Balls better then bars.. Thank you so much for sharing this free recipe.

These are like mini mounds candy bars you can make at home. I am the only one that likes coconut in my house so more for me. Or, I could share them with my sister. The chocolate tempers the sweetness of the coconut and powdered sugar mixture. They are so yummy!
