These adorable coconut snowballs are almost too cute to eat... almost!

We love this easy Christmas candy recipe because you can make it quickly, and it looks great on your dessert table. It also tastes amazing, although we understand if you need some coconut-free desserts to share as well (check these out).

There's something about the combination of sweet, chewy coconut and chocolate that just can't be beat. Set these out for your guests this season and watch them disappear!

Super fast and tasty. I'll definitely make these again. Plus, chocolate and coconut is just the best flavor combination.

Whoa, I'm so pleasantly surprised by how easy this recipe is! These would be great to bring to a cookie exchange or to give as coworker or neighbor gifts this holiday season.

I love the combination of chocolate and coconut. Can't wait to try these.

Yum! Sometimes I add an almond on top to make it into a homemade Almond Joy. It's a classic flavor combination that I can't get enough of... going to make some tonight.

These look so good! I love that the recipe doesn't require a lot of ingredients, too. I probably have most of this in my pantry!
