  • 1 can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 package (6 ounces) seasoned long-grain and wild rice mix
  • 1 bag (16 ounces) frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts)
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/2 pounds)
  • paprika, to taste (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Stir the soup, water, rice and seasoning packet, vegetables and half the cheese in a 3-quart shallow baking dish.

  3. Top with the chicken. Sprinkle the chicken with the paprika. Cover the baking dish.

  4. Bake for 1 hour or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender. Uncover the dish and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
