Made with canned soup, canned veggies, cheese and bread crumbs, there's no denying this recipe for chicken casserole is one of the easiest you'll ever find. Whether it's a busy weeknight or a lazy Sunday dinner, this cheesy chicken bake is a life-saver when you just don't feel like putting a lot of effort into your cooking.

  • 1 can (15 oz.) Veg-All Original Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can (10 oz.) chunk style white meat chicken, drained
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated, divided


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together Veg-All with liquid, soup, chicken, bread crumbs, and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.

  3. Spoon into a 2-quart casserole dish. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until edges of mixture are bubbly.

  4. Top with remaining 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese. Bake 5 minutes more. Serve hot.
