This recipe looks like it is very easy to make. I like that it is a no bake recipe. It makes it a nice dessert for summer that wont heat up the house to prepare. After reading it through, I realized that it is a plain cheesecake that is only topped with lemon zest and honey. I am guessing that doesnt incorporate the flavours very well. I would love to hear what others think of it. The fact it is plain gives you the ability to easily change the flavours. I like that.
