This reminds me of the Doritos casseroles I've made in the past. The use of the Cream of Chicken soup is new to me, though I have encountered using sour cream before. There's a mention in the introduction about using black beans or refried beans, and I usually use black beans when I make this. I've also added to the top some dollops of guacamole. I agree it's a great comfort food, and fun to make with different flavors of chips.
