  • 3 pounds Beef Brisket
  • 4 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 2 Medium Onions
  • 14 ounces Beef Broth
  • 1 cup White Wine Vinegar
  • 8 ounces Diced Green Chile Peppers
  • 1 tablespoon All Purpose Flour
  • 8 ounces Sour Cream
  • 2 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 12 Flour Tortillas
  • 1 cup Salsa Verde
  1. Preheat oven to 325 F. Trim fat from meat. In a small bowl, combine 4 teaspoons of the chili powder, the cumin, and oregano.

  2. Sprinkle spice mixture evenly over all sides of beef, rubbing it in with your fingers.
