"Pizza Meatloaf- Classic meatloaf with the added bonus of pizza sauce and cheese! Use ground turkey or ground beef for this easy dinner. Ingredients Needed Ground turkey Bread crumbs Egg Pizza sauce Mozzarella cheese Parmesan cheese Minced onion Garlic powder Recipe Notes: Ground Turkey: Yes, ground beef will also work. Just keep an eye on your internal temperature. Ground beef should be at 160 degrees when done. Ground turkey should be at least 165 degrees. Storage: Keep any leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator. It should be eaten within 4-5 days. Freezing: Yes, you can freeze this meatloaf. Prepare it as noted, except do not top with the final mozzarella cheese. Let it cool completely and store in a freezer safe/covered container or storage bag. It will stay good for a couple of months. When you are ready, let it defrost, then, heat in oven and top with mozzarella cheese. "
