My family has a similar recipe for rice casserole. The recipe that we use includes onion soup mix and shredded cheddar cheese for the topping. Rush Hour Supper is a good basic recipe that can be tweaked according to individual taste. Serve this dish with a tossed green salad, and dinner is complete.
