"I love to celebrate my Ukrainian culture through food. And since I don’t have the time in the kitchen that Baba did, I like to make quick and easy Ukrainian food. My recipes are a little more time-saving than traditional Ukrainian dishes. This Ukrainian breakfast sandwich is made with a quick microwave poached egg and kielbasa, on a English muffin, with Ukrainian flavors like dill and horseradish. It’s a quick and satisfying breakfast that will take you about 5 minutes to put together! "
