I love Olive Garden breadsticks, probably because they're warm and fresh and unlimited. It's great to have a good make-at-home recipe that really does approximate the taste of the ones at Olive Garden. I was a bit surprised to learn that they use margarine rather than butter, since I always use butter. The taste is just so much better with real butter.

This is a great recipe. I made some mozzarella and ricotta cheese the other day, and I decided to make a lasagna. I wanted something homemade, but good, to go with it. I found this recipe. Everyone loved it. The breadsticks were soft and perfect! I think mine might have been a little big, because I only got 9 instead of 12, but trust me, nobody noticed that when grabbing these.

My kids want to go to Olive Garden just for the bread sticks. Now we can have them right here at home! Awesome recipe!

Yum! Must make these for my next spaghetti night.
