Banana Split Bread

Ingredients

• 1 pk yeast
• 3 c bread flour
• 2 tb gluten
• 2 tb sugar
• 1 ts salt
• 1/8 ts baking soda
• 1/3 c instant nonfat dry milk
• 1/3 c walnuts, broken
• 1 egg
• 2 tb vegetable oil
• 1 ts vanilla
• 1 banana sliced directly into the pan
• 10 strawberries,froz/thawed with their liquid
• 1/3 c crushed pineapple,drained, juice reserved
• 1/3 c reserved pineapple juice, heated
• 1/2 c chocolate chips
• 4 c maraschino cherries, drained
