Ingredients

1 1/4 cup water
1 package yeast
1 cup oats
3 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons Bailey's Irish cream

Instructions

Put ingredients in pan in order listed.
Select "white bread" setting on machine and press Start. The bread doesn't rise much, but the texture is great.

I love baileys/ Irish cream so I would be really interested to try this out although I think I may end up having an Irish cream while making this. Unfortunately I dont have a bread maker so can this recipe be made without one and if yes, how do I make it without the machine?

I got a brand new bread machine for my birthday this week and I'm dying to try new recipes. I love Baileys and I feel like this will be a good one! I am wondering if the oats used are the instant oats or regular? Has anyone tried this recipe yet and do you have any special tips for success with it?
