Homemade Potato Rolls

There's nothing better than enjoying a stew or soup with a delicious homemade bread recipe. Our recipe for Homemade Potato Rolls is one of the easiest bread machine recipes in our collection. Made with a few ingredients, the rolls go great with just about any meal, and will have you eating one after the other. For the best results enjoy them right out of the oven when they are still fresh and warm.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 3/4 tablespoon active dry yeast
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup instant potato flakes
  • 3 1/2 cups bread flour

Instructions

  1. In bread machine insert combine, in this order, water, butter, sugar, salt, potato flakes and flour. Level ingredients and dig a small well and add yeast.

  2. Lock insert in bread machine and select dough cycle; press start.

  3. Remove dough and allow dough to rest for 10-15 minutes then cut into four equal pieces.

  4. On a lightly floured surface roll each piece to 1/8-inch thickness then cut in half. Shape into crescent and bake at 375 degrees F for 12-14 minutes.
