I never would have thought of using ground beef to make beef teriyaki. If you have to make and serve rice with it, it would take longer than ten minutes if you used regular rice. That that it makes a lot of difference. Just pointing that out. Quick meals are always welcome. Even when I am not busy, sometimes I just can't think of anything to make until the last minute. Sometimes quick is my go to.
