    • 1 cup Tamarind concentrate
    • 5 tablespoons Fish sauce
    • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
    • 1 tablespoon Thai red chilli sauce
    • 3 tablespoons Brown sugar
    • Pinch of crushed red chillies
    • For the Pad Thai Noodles:
    • 6 ounces Rice noodles
    • 2 tablespoons Oil (vegetable, corn or canola)
    • 1 1 Chicken breast (cut into small cubes)
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 Finely chopped shallot
    • 1 teaspoon Freshly grated ginger
    • 2 Finely minced garlic cloves
    • 1 cup Red peppers
    • 1 cup Green peppers
    • 1 cup Broccoli florets
    • 1 cup Thinly sliced carrots
    • 1 Large egg
    • Half a lime
    • Additional fish sauce (based on your preference)
    • For Garnish:
    • 1 cup Roasted peanuts
    • 1 tablespoon Finely chopped cilantro
    • 1 Lime (sliced into four pieces)

    One of my absolute favorite dishes ever! I love going out for Thai food but from the looks of this recipe, I see why it's an easier dish to eat out. There are a lot of ingredients and some that I wouldn't have too much use for besides this dish, such as fish and oyster sauce, as well as a Tamarind concentrate. I think I'll leave this one to the experts!
