pineapple and coconut are so wonderful together! I will love this dish but my family dislikes coconut so I will have to make this to bring to someone's party or cookout. If I make it to keep, I will be forced to eat all of it. Not that that sounds too horrible!

This looks and sounds so yummy. The pineapple will make it so moist. I would make this to take somewhere. Somewhere that everyone would appreciate the coconut and walnuts on top. That or only add that to half of the pan. OR eat all the bars by myself. I don't like to sit and eat canned pineapple, but it is good used in recipes.
