Ingredients
- 1 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 32 ounces chicken broth
- 16 ounces frozen stir fry vegetables
- 12 ounces chow mien noodles
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1 tablespoon cold water
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions

Preheat wok on medium high heat. Add olive oil, green onions, chicken, ginger, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Continue cooking until chicken is no longer pink (approx. 15 minutes).

Reduce heat to medium, add chicken broth, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. In a small cup, combine corn starch and cold water - stir until well blended. Remove cover and add corn starch mixture. Continue simmering, uncovered, until sauce thickens (approx. 5 minutes).

Serve over chow mien noodles or steamed white rice. Enjoy!

Your recipe is fine as far as the ingredients goes, it's your directions that falter the method of completion of it. The directions fail to mention when & how to deal with the vegetables that make it Chow Mein! Nice Try!!
