Bacon Wrapped Scallops

- 1 pound Sea Scallops
- 5 ounces Center Cut Bacon
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
