Chocolate Covered Party Popcorn
This sweet and salty snack is going to quickly become a staple in every household. Chocolate Covered Party Popcorn is very easy to make, and has only four ingredients. Simply combine your favorite popcorn with chocolate melting chips (white is recommended, but feel free to mix it up). The snack can also be tailor-made for specific occasions. Add food coloring and sprinkles to dress this snack up for the Fourth of July, Christmas, a birthday, or pretty much any holiday. And be sure to make a big batch of popcorn - it's going to go fast!

At first glance I was thinking, "Where's the chocolate?' then I read through the recipe and realized it's WHITE chocolate! This is a really great way to prepare popcorn as a sweet treat. I've only had caramel popcorn and butter popcorn as alternatives to popcorn with just salt. I hope to try this recipe soon. It reminds me of gourmet popcorn!
