Caesar Salad Dressing

"This Caesar Salad Dressing is rich and creamy, with hints of fresh lemons, Dijon mustard, and minced capers instead of anchovies, to achieve a salty, briny tang. You are going to love it and want to use it as a dip, spread, or chicken marinade. I don’t mind anchovies, but my family turns their nose at them. If your family is anything like mine, try this Caesar dressing. You won’t miss the fish. Use it on my tortilla pizzas. Skip the sauce and bake the pizzas with just a thin layer of olive oil brushed on the tortillas. Drizzle the Caesar salad dressing over the freshly baked pizza. Mix it into pasta salad, such as chicken Caesar pasta salad."
