I recently made this Mama's Best Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad for a brunch with the girls and it was great. It's a hardy, flavorful salad that works great as a main dish, along with some crispy Italian bread on the side. I have also made this with garden cheese tortellini just to switch it up a bit, and it worked out great.

This looks very tasty. As luck would have it, we have some leftover chicken breast in the fridge, and I think it might be put to good use tonight whipping up one of these salads. It's a nice, light, yet filling dish. I've always enjoyed Caesar salads and this is an easy and yummy one to make up. I can see this as a nice side salad or as a main dish.

This is a fabulous idea. Adding pasta to Caeser salad is a great way to make the salad more filling!
