- 1 small green pepper, finely chopped
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeno, diced

- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup queso fresco
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
