    Crundle Pudding

    Ingredients

    • 60g butter or marg
    • 75g plain flour
    • 60 grams castor sugar
    • 450ml milk
    • 1 beaten egg

    Instructions

    Rub the butter or marg into the flour, then stir in the sugar. heat the milk gently until warm, then add the beaten egg and stir well into the dry ingredients. Bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 45 min.
