Instant Pot Mississippi Pot Roast
"Making Mississippi pot roast is incredibly easy, especially when it's made in the instant pot. It cooks into pull-apart tender hunks of flavorful roast with a tangy bite thanks to the pepperoncinis. Juicy, tender, instant pot Mississippi pot roast is melt-in-your-mouth delicious! This pot roast takes just 60 minutes to cook in the instant pot as opposed to 4-8 hours with the other methods. While we’ve also made Mississippi pot roast that’s slow-cooked to perfection and is a fantastic dump-and-go dinner before work, using the instant pot method is great for when you want dinner ready quicker than a conventional oven can give to you when it comes to chuck roast.
