    My grandma used to make homemade cubed steaks and gravy as a Sunday treat after church. We always had a seven course meal. Do you think I can leave the mushrooms out of this recipe? I can't eat them because I am allergic. Could I use wheat flour, or does this recipe work better with white flour?
