I found it really interesting to read how using a Pressure Cooker (or an Instant Pot) is a great way to cook Boiled Eggs, without the usual hassles of trying to peel them later. If, like me, you dont own a Pressure Cooker, perhaps you could try this. Place the eggs in cold water, as you would normally do, and bring to the boil. Once the water is boiling, remove the pan from the heat, cover, and let the eggs sit in the water for at least 15 minutes
