20 Minute Chicken Cacciatore
"A pressure cooked Chicken Cacciatore served in a crusty Italian roll for dinner in less than 20 minutes. Add sliced chicken breast, red and green peppers and onions to a big, bold red marinara sauce and cook on high in your pressure cooker for 8 - 10 minutes. This will soften the vegetables and create tender chicken. Serve on a roll for a satisfying Italian sandwich or over pasta for something more refined."
