“better Than Takeout” Fried Garlic Noodles | Quick & Easy Recipe

"These Spanish fried garlic noodles, known as Rossejat de Fideus, are possibly the best fried noodles I have ever tasted. We’re talking a ton of great flavors, easy to make, and done in about 30 minutes. Serve them as a main course or even as a side dish next to some pan-grilled fish. To make this recipe, I used spaghetti-cut fideos, known in Spain as fideos. If you can’t find them in your area, you can just use regular spaghetti and break it into small pieces. As for the liquid, I used Spanish fish broth from Barcelona. You can also use vegetable broth or even chicken broth."
