At a quick glance, this Easy Speedy Taco Bake looks like a cake but when you look closely it is actually baked taco. It doesn't matter the appearance, it's taco and I want to eat this. I already love the usual taco in a shell and it follows that I will like this baked taco. Love it!

This looks positively delicious. I can easily see whipping this up as a quick meal. I would probably add some corn to the mix (gotta get those veggies!), because that's become a regular ingredient in much of my Mexican cooking. I would also use a lower-sodium taco seasoning to help cut down on the overall sodium content.
