One of my favorite things about Meatloaf is having any leftovers in sandwiches the next day. This Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf recipe takes that enjoyment to the max. If there's meatloaf in heaven, it probably looks very much like this. I have a fondness for bacon cheeseburgers and this recipe looks absolutely fabulous. Since I'm not much of a fan of plain ketchup, I might try using a jalapeno or sriracha ketchup instead, just to give it an extra added kick. I'm glad ground beef is on sale right now, since I want to make this as soon as possible.

THis meatloaf recipe speaks to me. I mean, who doesn't love a bacon cheeseburger? And in meatloaf form? Gotta try it.
