This is a very nice bolognese recipe AND I finally got brave enough to cook polenta, YAY!! I left out the celery (do not like the taste) but did everything else exactly as per the recipe. We enjoyed the meal so much that we immediately saved the recipe to our Must Have Again Soon file!

What a nice quick and easy meal! And what a nice change of pace from using pasta or rice. The Parmesan polenta sounds yummy by itself, and the meat sauce looks great as well. I don't normally use carrots or celery in my meat sauce when I make it from scratch and this has me wanting to try it next time.

I'm very excited to find this recipe as my daughter is a vegetarian and I'm always looking for easy meals that I can adapt for her. I think I could make this for her with the meatless crumbles and also make it for the rest of us with the ground beef by splitting the sauce up. I can't wait to try it. I don't normally use polenta and this will be great way for us to try it.
