My family loves to make tilapia for dinner! I usually like it topped with a sweet mango salsa but I think this baked parmesan crusted tilapia sounds savory and delicious. I'd serve it on top of some pasta or quinoa with broccoli on the side!

I am well aware that fish is a very healthy protein selection but I just do not like fish that much. However, my sons were "born" of the sea. Both of them could consume fish every day. I thank you for the easy recipe to add to my collection. Just because I do not eat fish much, I do prepare the healthy meat for my family.

Tilapia is abundantly available where I live. Some people like this fish, some don't because it's a fresh water fish. But my family loves it, they like it fried, grilled, or cooked in coconit milk. We also like it filleted. This Baked Parmesan Tilapia looks so delish, I can do it sooner than I think. The ingredients are readily available and it's so easy to prepare.

Tilapia is not a fish I can face eating. To me they always taste muddy, possibly as a result of being bottom feeders. We used a different local fish, however, and the meal was very good. This is a good recipe and oh so quick and easy to make. The parmesan does wonderful things to the taste and I will definitely make this dish again.

Seafood is always a hit at my house. From the toddler to the grannies that live here. This is an excellent recipe in that it requires few ingredients and little time to prepare from start to finish. I will have to pick up some tilapia the next time at the market to prepare this Baked Parmesan Tilapia recipe.

I haven't cooked Tilapia in a while but this easy recipe is making me rethink that. Lately I've made Haddock and Cod but I find the Cod to be very bland. My daughter is vegetarian and often has a separate meal from the rest of us and this could be a very easy solution for me at dinner time. What other seasonings has anyone tried aside from the basil?

Whoa! This is so easy! Only 3 things to put on top of the fish, and let the oven do the baking. I wonder whether this recipe works ok with other kind of fish, because we dont like tilapia. My kids favorite fish is dory. Maybe Ill try this recipe using dory.

Tilapia is a mild tasting fish so any mild tasting fish would work well using this recipe. I have never had dory, but I am sure it would be just fine. I think pollock or cod would be good too. The thickness of the fish would determine whether it cooks faster than stated in recipe. Parmesan cheese is great on fish.
