"Mini meatballs simmered in a creamy Thai-style red curry sauce and served with steamed jasmine rice. Small meatballs made of ground beef, breadcrumbs, and milk are pan fried until browned, then a curry sauce made of bell pepper, shallots, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, lime juice and Thai-style spices is simmered with the meatballs until cooked through. The meatballs and curry sauce is then served over steamed jasmine rice. Serves 4 people and is ready in about 45 minutes."
